Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

-For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
-Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
-Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
-A valid proof of purchase (receipt/order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

-Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
-Items purchased during sale, discounts, or promotional offers
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Kindly share pictures/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit.
Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after product inspection.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the shipping cost.
If the return is due to personal preference (change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping charges.
